We primarily use high-resilience foam, polyester fiber filling, and feathers;High-Resilience Foam: Provides excellent support, maintains its shape even after prolonged use, and is key to the sofa's longevity and comfort.

What material is the sofa frame made from?

We insist on using solid wood frames, with all key load-bearing structures made from solid wood. All wood is strictly kiln-dried and treated to prevent insect infestation, ensuring the frame is robust, stable, and resistant to cracking or warping.

Are your leather sofas made with genuine leather? What types are available?

There are a variety of options available, including full leather, half leather (with genuine leather on contact surfaces), eco-leather, and ultra-suede. Full leather means all upholstered surfaces are crafted from genuine leather, delivering a premium feel but at a higher cost.

Are the sofa covers removable for washing? How durable and stain-resistant are they?

The covers on most of our fabric sofas are removable and washable for easy cleaning. Highly durable and easy to maintain.

How long does it take to custom-make a sofa?

The standard production lead time for custom sizes and colors is typically 15-30 working days. For "Customization from Drawings" or orders requiring special complex craftsmanship, the timeline may be extended accordingly. We will provide a confirmed delivery date upon order confirmation.

What is the specific process for "Customization from Drawings"?

The process is straightforward: Discuss Requirements → Provide Drawings/Photos → We Evaluate & Quote → Confirm & Place Order → Pay Deposit → Production Begins → Pay Balance & Arrange Delivery. Our designers and engineers will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Can customized products be returned or exchanged?

As customized products are made exclusively according to your personal preferences, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges without cause. However, if the product has a serious, non-human-induced quality issue, we promise to resolve it unconditionally, including repair or remanufacturing, to ensure your satisfaction.

What if the sofa I receive has a visible flaw?

Please take photos and contact our customer service team immediately. If the flaw is confirmed to be a quality issue on our part, we will resolve it promptly and cover all associated costs. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards quality defects.
